Official Business Information

Registered business name: Page Summit Way Co., Ltd.

Established: 2016

Registered office: Office 8, 41 Example-ro, Suseong-gu, Daegu 00000

Our Origin

Page Summit Way began in 2016 when our founder, Ji-yeon Park, spent six months helping her own family locate property deeds and vault records after her father’s sudden illness. What should have taken days stretched into weeks because no single document existed. She founded this practice so other families in Daegu would not face the same search.

What We Do

We prepare physical handover packets for offline asset records. Our work is conducted in person — in homes, offices, and storage facilities across Daegu and the surrounding Gyeongsang provinces. We photograph, catalogue, cross-reference, and bind. The deliverable is a document that sits on a shelf until an executor needs it.

Our Team

Ji-yeon Park — Founder and lead archivist. Former municipal records clerk with fifteen years of document management experience before establishing Page Summit Way.

Min-ho Choi — Field documentation specialist. Trained in photographic inventory methods and property survey notation.

Soo-yeon Han — Client liaison and packet assembly. Manages consultation scheduling, scope documents, and final delivery logistics.

Our Approach

We believe estate documentation should be completed while the holder can still verify accuracy. We do not rush. A typical full packet takes four to six weeks because thoroughness matters more than speed. We visit every location, ask follow-up questions, and produce a document an unfamiliar heir can navigate without calling us first.

Values

Accuracy over volume. We take a limited number of engagements each quarter to maintain quality.

Physical permanence. Bound packets survive power outages, forgotten passwords, and platform closures.

Plain language. Our documents use terms heirs understand, not archivist jargon.

Community

We maintain referral relationships with estate solicitors and tax advisors in Daegu. We do not provide legal or financial advice ourselves — see our Not Financial Advice page for details.
