Refund Policy

Overview
This policy applies to estate documentation services commissioned from Page Summit Way Co., Ltd. It does not apply to informational content on our website, which is provided free of charge.
Deposit Refunds
A 40% deposit is required upon scope agreement. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before field documentation visits begin. To cancel, notify us in writing at contact@page-summitway.click.
Once field documentation visits have commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable because our archivist has allocated time and travel resources to your engagement.
Partial Refunds
If we are unable to complete your packet due to circumstances on our side (staff illness, office closure), you are entitled to a partial refund proportional to work not yet performed. We will provide a written breakdown within five business days.
If you cancel after field documentation has begun but before draft review, you owe payment for work completed to date. Any amount paid beyond the completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
Final Payment
The final 20% payment is due upon delivery of bound packets. If you decline delivery due to documented errors in the packet contents, we will correct the errors at no additional charge before requesting final payment. If errors cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, the final payment may be withheld pending resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable once incurred:
- Completed on-site visits and field documentation
- Photographic inventory work already performed
- Binding and assembly of completed packet sections
- Extended archive storage fees (annual)
- Travel fees for visits to locations outside Daegu city limits
Rescheduling
Consultation and visit appointments may be rescheduled once at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice incurs a ₩80,000 rebooking fee.
No-Shows
If you are unavailable for a scheduled on-site visit without prior notice, the visit is charged at the full visit rate. A replacement visit must be booked separately.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the original payment account within 14 business days of written approval.
Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by this policy, contact us at contact@page-summitway.click with your engagement reference number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days.
